Terms & Conditions

Brief overview
1. Who we are
“Yipp-e'' is a trading name of Yipp-eCom Limited, a company incorporated on 6th January 2022, registered in England and with company number 06174495. Our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom WC2H 9JQ6. Our aim is to provide shoppers, retailers and brands with the best e-Commerce service in the United Kingdom. Our support email is: enquiries@yipp-e.com
2. What we do
We help local business, communities, and the UK economy by sell products and services online from our UK website for shoppers to collect or have delivered. Yipp-eCom Limited owns the domain yipp-e.com and the associated website www.yipp-e.com (referred to as in this document as “the Site”) which operates an online e-commerce and stock availability marketplace. We have three main types of site user; shoppers (those buying products), providers (those making products available for Yipp-e to buy from and for Yipp-e to sell to shoppers) and brands (companies and brands looking to offer, inform and promote their products to Yipp-e shoppers). The main purpose of the site is to help shoppers buy and either pick-up, or have delivered, good quality products and services, sourced from reliable and authorised retailers and resellers. Our aim is to promote, introduce and help shopers find, buy and discover products and brands made available by our providers and brands. Yipp-e do this via email, social media, word-of-mouth, events, in-store and online. Our site offers product, brand, category and promotional searches to help our shoppers find what they are looking for.
3. Our Stock providers
Retailers are stockists authorised by Yipp-e to post availability of products and services for shoppers to buy from Yipp-e online via the site. Yipp-e retailers are shops, restaurants, traders and businesses with or without e-commerce of their own. The site provides retailers with a facility to list and make available the products and services they are authorised to sell, as listings. Yipp-e is also a stock provider, along with selected approved partners of Yipp-e. The primary purpose of Yipp-e and its partners being stock providers is to fulfil orders that physical retailers are unable to fulfil.
4. Our part in the buying and selling process
Yipp-e and its site provide Yipp-e retailers and Yipp-e's partners with a means to list their product and service availability online. Yipp-e, on occasions, also acts as an intermediary that helps facilitate sales between retailers and shoppers. It is important to note that when this is the case the contract for the sale is directly between the shopper and the retailer, not Yipp-e.com Limited.
5. Collection & Delivery
Many of the products listed on Yipp-e.com have either click-and-collect or delivery options assigned to them. In most cases click-and-collect will be either at retailer’s shop or a nominated collection point; this information is made available as part of the product/service Listing. Delivery is usually to an address you provide at the time of order. Yipp-eCom Limited uses a variety of delivery partners (ie. couriers) including its own service for certain local deliveries. Both the click-and-collect and delivery options can at times be either free as well as paid for services; pricing of these services is made clearly available either on the individual product/service listings and again at the checkout, when completing an order prior to processing of a transaction.
6. Out of our control
As an online marketplace we try our best to ensure both parties (Shoppers and Retailers) have a good experience. We would like to note however certain aspects of a retailer’s product/service listing is out of our control, notably the quantity of products/services available (which is provided by the retailer), the price of products and services available (also provided by the retailer) and at times the accuracy and reliability of product information (sometimes provided by the retailer). We like to run a clean and tidy operation so if you do notice and product listings or pages on the site that are offensive or do not appear to be right, please emails us at enquiries@yipp-e.com
7. Here if you have a problem
If you have a problem with a product or and order, as a first point of contact please contact the seller - ie. Retailer selling the products. Every retailer has a page and you can find their contact details by scrolling to the bottom of their Yipp-e Shop Page. If you are having difficulties and need help please email enquiries@yipp-e.com
