Full Description

Durable 18/10 stainless steel frying pan ideal for high heat frying and searing. A hard wearing frying pan that also looks great.

Use this pan for frying steaks, chicken and other meats, also fish and vegetables. As the pan is uncoated you will need to use enough oil to stop the food from sticking.

This frying has a fully encapsulated, impact bonded induction base which ensures fast, even heating - for perfect frying everytime.

The comfortable stainless steel handle is riveted to the frying pan and will stay cool when used on the hob (provided flames aren’t licking up the sides).

What is 18/10 stainless steel? When investing in stainless steel cookware you want 18/10 stainless steel as it is more durable and will retain its good looks. 18/10 stainless steel includes 18% chromium and 10% nickel. The chrome provides hardness and rust resistance. The nickel is very resistant to rust, corrosion and stains, so it adds to the durablilty of the pan and provides the enduring shine. Stainless steel that is just 18/0 may be a lower price but it will be less resistant to rust and will not retain a polished finish.

Made of high quality, robust 18/10 stainless steel. Handle remains cool on the hob, provided flames aren’t licking up the side. Ergonomic, stainless steel, riveted frying pan handle with hanging loop. Thick, encapsulated base stores and spreads heat efficiently. Allround rolled pouring lip. Oven safe up to 240° C. Suitable for all hobs, including induction. Dishwasher suitable. Reassuring quality from Kuhn Rikon, the Swiss cookware experts. UK Limited Lifetime Guarantee applies to UK purchases and covers defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Always heat up your frying pan gradually, don’t place it on a high heat.
  • Use only silicone, wooden or metal utensils in the frying pan.
  • Heat the pan up with some oil, make sure the oil is hot before adding food, after adding food do not try to move it until it has seared and cooked on the side against the pan, it will release once it's cooked, then you can turn it.

  • The frying pan handle will stay cool on the hob provided gas flames are not licking up the side.
